As the event director for LA & NYC the goal was to curate one-of-a-kind experiences while also focusing on creative marketing efforts, securing brand partnerships, and empowering artists to connect. Pirate is the only global provider of 24/7 self-service studios with over 700 locations across the world.

As the event director I was in charge of:

Inventing unique event ideas and executing them monthly with artists, brands, and creators
Creating branding for the events and marketing to the community
Developing stage designs, production plans, venue layouts, and sponsorship offerings
Hiring the production and content teams, overseeing creative setup, and collaboration
Sourcing ambassadors and handling influencer relationships for the brand in NYC and LA

Project highlights include:

Partnered with Insomniac on a remix competition to find the next big DJ/producer
Partnership with Winston House in Venice to put upcoming artists on the stage
Built out an ambassador program from the ground up with 350+ influencers worldwide
Open studio events to network with industry professionals and listen to artist perform live
Beach volleyball tournaments with DJ lineups, album release parties, brand activations & more

The results were rocket-ish

Based on the research, I created wireframes to map out the new website's layout and navigation. These wireframes were then reviewed and refined with the company's stakeholders to ensure they aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Design

With the wireframes as a guide, I got to work on the design of the website.

I kept the design clean and modern with a focus on making it easy for users to navigate and find the information they need.

I also incorporated the company's branding to give the website a cohesive look and feel.

Webflow Development

With the design complete, I moved on to development using Webflow. This allowed me to create a responsive website that looks and functions great on all devices. I also integrated various features such as a contact form and live chat to make it easy for users to connect with the company.

Final

The end result was a website that was easy to navigate and provided a great user experience. The website received positive feedback from users and the company saw an increase in user engagement and conversions.
