a 3v3 basketball tournament and immersive art walk with the NBA(pa) for Miami art basel.

The mission was to use an entire basketball gym to create a walk-through art experience featuring digital & physical aspects for patrons to interact with while also looking at art pieces for sale. The day later transitioned to a 3v3 basketball tournament with NBA & WNBA stars.

I directed the project and was in charge of:

Sourcing the sponsorship money and creating our budget
Curating the interactive art experience and sourcing artists to help execute the vision
Handling venue layouts, load in and load out, run of show, production, and content teams
Managing security, parking logistics, & coordination of VIP guests and NBA press
Sourcing the teams and coordination with the NBA for positioning of the all star game

Project highlights include:

Interview panel with Baron Davis, Ross Gold, and more
All-star game with Bam Adebayo, Michael Beasly, and more
Sponsor partnerships with Nike, Neural network, NBA(pa), and more
Collaborative immersive art experience with 100+ patrons featuring shoes, NFTs, & canvas

The results were rocket-ish

Based on the research, I created wireframes to map out the new website's layout and navigation. These wireframes were then reviewed and refined with the company's stakeholders to ensure they aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Design

With the wireframes as a guide, I got to work on the design of the website.

I kept the design clean and modern with a focus on making it easy for users to navigate and find the information they need.

I also incorporated the company's branding to give the website a cohesive look and feel.

Webflow Development

With the design complete, I moved on to development using Webflow. This allowed me to create a responsive website that looks and functions great on all devices. I also integrated various features such as a contact form and live chat to make it easy for users to connect with the company.

Final

The end result was a website that was easy to navigate and provided a great user experience. The website received positive feedback from users and the company saw an increase in user engagement and conversions.
